Wadi el Gemal Snorkeling & Nature Trip from Marsa Alam
Overview
There are places you don't just visit: you walk through them, breathe them, listen to them.
Wadi el Gemal, which in Arabic means "Valley of the Camels," is one of them. A vast, protected National Park south of Marsa Alam, where the purest Red Sea merges with the desert, mountains, and ancient caravan routes. Here, nature reigns supreme, and every panorama seems to tell a thousand-year-old story.
The stretch of sea bordering the National Park is considered among the most spectacular in the entire Red Sea.
The Wadi el Gemal coral reef is alive, colorful, and populated by hundreds of marine species: tropical fish, hard and soft corals, turtles, and sometimes even dugongs.
A recently opened, unspoiled paradise for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts, far from the more crowded areas.
